Because our products are custom-made using your personal artwork, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the problem and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Please ensure that all uploaded artwork, names, and details are correct before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for customer-submitted errors.
